Box in a Bag

I needed a small gift bag for a little present for my friend…but frankly I was too lazy to go out to the store and buy one. I figured, why not MAKE one??

I found this tutorial on good old SCS in their Resources section. There are TONS of great tutorials in there, so be sure to check it out!!

Here’s my attempt at the Box in a Bag – I think it turned out cute- MUCH cuter than those store bought bags! The only thing that bugs me is the ribbon – that came out a little wonky – but that may be due more to my lack of ability in tying ribbons! 🙂

All Supplies Stampin’ Up unless otherwise noted:
Paper – Raspberry Tart (Retired)
Accessories – Grosgrain Ribbon, Eyelet Border punch,  Round Tab punch, Sticky Strip

This turned out great, love the colors. You are right, it’s so much cuter than a bag from the store.

Very pretty! I’d sure rather receive a gift in this cute little bag than anything you could buy in a store!

Please could you tell the make of the round tab punch as I can’t find one anywhere.

Hope you don’t mind me asking.

    Many thanks
